We answer support messages by email. We do not take loan applications and cannot change a lender’s decision, rate, or payment. For anything about an active loan or application, contact the lender you chose.

How to delete your account

You can delete your CLS Money account and the information tied to it directly in the app. Open Menu, then Account, then Delete Account, and confirm. Your account and associated information are removed, except for records we are required to keep by law.

Is CLS Money a lender?

No. CLS Money is a loan-matching marketplace. We do not make loans, set rates, or approve applications. We help you connect with one licensed lender that you choose, and that lender decides whether to offer credit and on what terms.

What can I be matched with?

Cash advance, payday and installment offers from licensed third-party lenders.

How much can I borrow and what will it cost?

Offers come from independent lenders, not from CLS Money. Loan amounts are typically up to $1,000, APR generally ranges from 5.99% to 35.99%, and terms generally run from 2 to 36 months. Any origination cost is included in the APR shown, capped at 35.99%. Your actual amount, rate, term, and any fees are set and disclosed by the lender you choose before you sign.

Do you guarantee approval?

No. Approval, pricing, and limits are decided by the lender using your application and its own eligibility rules.

How does CLS Money make money?

We may receive compensation from the licensed lenders we work with. This does not change what you pay the lender and does not decide which offer you accept.

Do you sell my information?

No. We do not sell your personal information; we are not a data broker. We share the basic eligibility details you provide only with the single licensed lender you choose. To record a privacy preference, see Your Privacy Choices and the control titled “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.

How do I change my privacy choices?

Use the in-app privacy controls or email [email protected]. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, subject to applicable law.

How do I report a problem or correction?

Email [email protected] with a description of the issue and we will review it.

Who decides my final loan terms?

The lender you choose. Always read the lender’s Truth-in-Lending disclosure and fee schedule before you sign.
