This notice explains how CLS Money Y LLC (“CLS Money,” “we,” “us”) handles information in the CLS Money iOS app. CLS Money is a loan-matching marketplace. We are not a lender, broker, or bank. We help you connect with one licensed independent lender that you choose, and that lender decides whether to offer credit and on what terms.

1. Who we are

CLS Money Y LLC operates the CLS Money app from 728 Bennett Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80909-4910. You can reach us at [email protected]. We do not make loans, set rates, or approve applications. Borrowing products covered in the app include cash advance, payday and installment offers from licensed third-party lenders.

2. Information we collect

We keep the set of information we collect small. In the app you may provide your name, an email address or phone number, and a few basic eligibility details such as the amount you are looking for, your state of residence, and your income type. We also receive standard app and device information, such as app version, device type, and general diagnostics that help the app run.

3. How we use information

We use the information you give us to show you offers from a licensed lender whose own published rules line up with what you told us, to operate and support the app, to respond to your messages, to keep the service secure, and to meet legal obligations. When you choose to continue with a lender, you complete that lender’s own application on the lender’s system under the lender’s privacy practices.

4. How we share information

We share the basic eligibility details you provide with the single licensed lender you choose so that lender can evaluate your request. We may use service providers that host, secure, or support the app, and they may handle information only to perform work for us. We do not sell your personal information; we are not a data broker. We may share information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the public.

5. Compensation

We may receive compensation from the licensed lenders we work with. This does not change what you pay the lender and does not decide which offer you accept.

6. Your privacy choices

You can use the control titled Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information on our website to record your preferences, and we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a valid opt-out. You can also ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold, subject to applicable law.

7. Deleting your account

You can delete your CLS Money account and the information tied to it directly in the app. Open Menu, then Account, then Delete Account, and confirm.

8. App Tracking Transparency

We do not track you across other companies’ apps and websites for advertising. If that ever changes, we will request your permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt first.

9. Data security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher and encryption at rest using AES-256. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service, support you, and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, after which we delete or de-identify it.

11. Children

The app is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will remove it.

12. United States only

The CLS Money app is intended for use by residents of the United States. Availability of specific offers depends on each lender’s rules and your state of residence.

13. Changes to this notice

If we update this notice, we will revise the effective date above and post the current version in the app and on our website.
