CLS Money Y LLC (“CLS Money,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This page explains the choices you have over your personal information and how to use them. CLS Money is a loan-matching marketplace and is not a lender, broker, or bank.

We do not sell your personal information; we are not a data broker. We share the basic eligibility details you provide only with the single licensed lender you choose so that lender can evaluate your request.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Even though we do not sell your information, you can record your preference at any time. To exercise this choice, email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”, or use the in-app privacy controls. We will apply your preference to the personal information associated with you.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal. If your browser or a browser extension sends a GPC signal when you visit our website, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of any sharing of your personal information for that browser, with no extra steps required from you.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know and access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Delete personal information we hold about you.
  • Opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information, and limit the use of sensitive information.
  • Be free from discrimination for exercising these rights.

These rights are available to residents of California, Colorado, and other states with comparable privacy laws. You can also delete your account and associated information directly in the CLS Money app under Menu, then Account, then Delete Account.

How to submit a request

Send your request to [email protected] or write to CLS Money Y LLC, 728 Bennett Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80909-4910. We will confirm your request and respond within the time required by law. To protect your information, we may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, and we may ask the agent for proof of authorization.

Appeals

If we decline your request, you may ask us to reconsider by replying to our response or emailing [email protected] with the word “Appeal” in the subject line. Where state law provides, you may also contact your state attorney general.
