Your choices
Depending on your U.S. state of residence, you may have the right to opt out of the sale of personal information and the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by applicable law.
CLS Money Y does not sell your personal information for direct monetary compensation. Certain sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, referral measurement, or partner matching may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" under U.S. state privacy laws. How to submit a request
- Email [email protected] with the subject line Privacy Request — Do Not Sell or Share.
- Include your name, state of residence, and whether you are submitting on behalf of yourself or another authorized person.
What we do when we receive a verified request
We will process your request consistent with applicable law, including verifying your identity to a reasonable degree of certainty. We do not discriminate against consumers for exercising privacy rights.
Authorized agents
If you use an authorized agent under applicable law, the agent must submit proof of authorization. We may still require you to verify your identity directly with us in some cases.
California privacy rights
California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing of personal information, subject to exceptions.
California residents may submit verifiable consumer requests under the CCPA or CPRA using the contact information above. See also Section 10 of our Privacy Notice.
Nevada residents
Nevada residents may submit opt-out requests to [email protected] with the subject line Nevada Privacy Request.
Colorado privacy rights
If you are a Colorado resident, the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA) may provide you with rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy of, and opt out of the processing of your personal data for purposes of sale, targeted advertising, or profiling in certain circumstances. Colorado residents may exercise these rights, where applicable, by contacting us at [email protected] with the subject line Colorado Privacy Request. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
Other U.S. states
Residents of other states with applicable comprehensive privacy laws (including, without limitation, Virginia, Texas, Connecticut, and other states with similar consumer privacy statutes) may submit privacy requests using the same email contact and subject line Privacy Request.
