Electronic Records and Signatures Consent (E-SIGN)

This Electronic Records and Signatures Consent ("E-SIGN Consent") explains how CLS Money Y LLC ("CLS Money Y," "we," "our," or "us") may provide disclosures, notices, agreements, and other records to you electronically when you use clsmoneyy.com, the CLS Money Y iOS application, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By using the Service, creating an account, or selecting an electronic consent option where presented, you agree to receive records electronically as described below, to the extent permitted by law.

1. Consent to electronic delivery

You consent to receive disclosures, notices, policies, agreements, and communications electronically to the email address you provide, through in-app messaging, or by making documents available for download on the Service, rather than solely on paper.

Electronic records may include privacy notices, terms of use, credit authorizations, partner referral confirmations, and other service-related communications.

2. Hardware and software requirements

To access, view, and retain electronic records, you need:

• a device with internet access;
• a current web browser or supported mobile operating system;
• a valid email account that you check regularly;
• the ability to print or save PDF or HTML records for your files.

You are responsible for keeping your contact information current. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by outdated email addresses, spam filters, or device limitations outside our reasonable control.

3. How to request paper copies

You may request a paper copy of a record we provided electronically by emailing [email protected] with the subject line Paper Copy Request and a description of the document. We may charge a reasonable fee where permitted by law.

4. Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw consent to electronic delivery at any time by contacting [email protected] with the subject line Withdraw E-SIGN Consent.

Withdrawal may limit your ability to use certain features that require electronic acceptance, including account creation, matching flows in the App, or continuation to partner applications that rely on electronic disclosures.

5. Federal E-SIGN Act

This consent is intended to comply with the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) and applicable state electronic signature laws. You acknowledge that your electronic acceptance or click-through agreement may constitute your signature where permitted by law.

6. Partner disclosures

When you continue to a third-party lender or marketplace, that provider may present its own electronic consent and disclosure delivery requirements. Your relationship with that provider is governed by its agreements and E-SIGN practices, not solely by this notice.

7. Changes

We may update this E-SIGN Consent by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate.
